One-On-One Coaching

Most managers and executives are looking to make a difference in their organization, to climb the corporate ladder and find their leadership style that motivates themselves and those with whom they work. 

Unfortunately, they are also constantly overwhelmed by too many responsibilities and feel they are always fighting fires. Most experience the work/life balance challenge as a constant stress that creates conflict and frustration.

I use a unique coaching approach, which helps senior leaders discover their default tendencies, beliefs and perceptions that they’ve adopted over the years. Discovering this helps them become aware of how these tendencies have guided their decisions and actions and driven their business’s success (or lack there of). Through this greater awareness, leaders can identify and implement shifts in their leadership approach that will allow them to get the results they desire.
