Meet Jeff

My passion is bringing out the best in others.

I've always been fascinated with finding the most efficient way to do things and intrigued with “out-of-the-box” thinking.

I guess you could say bringing out the best of organizations and people has been the core characteristic of my success in every aspect of my career. From the early days as an operations manager where I would turn poor performing operations and teams into one of the most efficient, to the more recent executive positions in business transformation, strategic initiatives, and coaching where I helped organizations reduce expenses while developing senior leaders to broaden their leadership capabilities to achieve great success at work and at home.

Over the years, I’ve interacted with hundreds of leaders and senior executives, each one having their own unique style of “getting things done.” What I started to notice is that even though they were, in most cases, successful in the terms of their organizational objectives, they had a tendency to get burned-out or find themselves unfulfilled with their work and personal lives.

Getting overwhelmed by today’s fast paced demanding corporate climate has leaders working on autopilot and not even aware of how their actions or decisions impact their lives or the lives of those around them. Being on autopilot mode catches up to them eventually. In the past, I worked to coach these leaders along the way, but was limited by my peer or client relationship with them.

Being an internal or external consultant over the years provided me an opportunity to influence companies and individuals, but only indirectly.

I wanted to have a direct impact and realized I needed to do some out-of-the-box thinking myself to make that happen.

As a result, I decided to become a Certified Professional Coach (CPC). I’m also an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), both certifications having been obtained from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I add these to my B.A in industrial organization psychology, my M.S. in Human Resources Development; my 25+ years of business leadership, and even an alum of the Colorado Outward Bound Outdoor Leadership program as my commitment to helping great people become great leaders at work and life.

My focus now as a Coach is to partner with organizations and leaders who want to take a more direct and conscious approach to creating awareness. Revealing new potentials and recognizing perceived limitations that hold them back from true success and fulfillment in their work and personal lives.

I’ve dedicated myself to helping amazing leaders recognize and switch off that autopilot. Let me know if you or your organization wants to shift from autopilot mode to putting your hands on the controls to maximizing both your success and fulfillment.
