Energy Leadership Index Assessment

The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables leaders to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors and overall leadership capabilities. The ELI forms the initial launching point for leadership development, by providing leaders with a baseline for their current level of awareness, performance and effectiveness. Leaders progress through a debriefing and orientation process that enables them to plan a development roadmap.

Leaders will understand the concept of levels of energy and how they relate to leadership excellence. They also learn how to make adjustments to present themselves in a way that inspires greatness in others. The ELI can be done individually, in the form of 360 feedback system and as a group assessment.

360° Feedback System

360s are very popular in corporate America. This is a process by which multiple people that leaders interact with rate them according to their observations. Afterwards, in a debrief, leaders look at the combination of results of all raters and the comparison of how they rate themselves.  Typically, the more raters selected, the more accurate picture received.

By doing a 360, leaders will understand how they are seen through others eyes, and how well their intentions and image are coming across. Most importantly, the information received from raters offers many opportunities to improve performance on the job, as well as improve relationships themselves.

Team ELI Assessment

Having a team or group take the ELI assessment provides insight into their individual results as well as the overall group perspective. Through the debrief process, individuals will gain a greater awareness of their default leadership tendencies and the team will gain insight as to how, together, they are leading their engagements with other internal teams/groups, customers, and others.
